Description
The purpose of the committee is to facilitate communication and cooperation between lab management and BAEs. Through general meetings and other means, the committee offers BAEs opportunities to express themselves, raise issues, and suggest solutions to problems, anonymously if desired. The committee is also charged with advocating for the interests of BAEs in discussions with Human Resources and lab management on organizational matters such as conditions of employment and policy review.
