Please note that availability varies throughout the year, and some of the options below may already be rented.
TRIUMF House
TRIUMF House welcomes you to our UBC Vancouver accommodations located on the West Side of Vancouver at the university campus.
Whether you are a visiting scientist, professor, student or visitor to Vancouver, TRIUMF House can provide you with the best in accommodations at affordable prices.
TRIUMF House is used mainly for short-term visitors. Longer term (>month) visitors are encouraged to explore our other housing options.
UBC Summer Housing
Many students stay on campus in UBC residences. This option to rent directly through UBC is available only during the summer. Many students sub-let thier housing during the other terms - see below for more info on sublets.
Alpha Delta House
Alpha Delta Phi fraternity residence located at 6-2880 Wesbrook Mall at UBC (a ten minute walk from TRIUMF). The fraternity is open to male or female students in the summer, who are looking for housing.

Judy McFarlen
Judy has rooms/suite in her house she rents out to UBC students on a regular basis. It is a very quiet house - so no parties. Ample parking and garage for bike storage.

You would have full access to kitchen(appliances, dishes,pots, space in fridge), TV with cable, Wi-fi, laundry, BBQ, backyard
Bathroom with tub and shower - shared with other student.
Bedroom - single bed, armoire, coffee table, loveseat, table, lamp, built in cupboards.
41st and Holland (5 blocks west of Dunbar) - close to UBC - easy bus access
