Cyclotron Kit Card

Step 1: break apart all (7) pieces of the cyclotron kit – one baseplate and six magnet sectors.

Step 2: clean any bits from the edges of the parts – it should just break off cleanly with your fingers but you may want to use scissors if it’s stubborn

Step 3: place a magnet sector on top of the baseplate and push the sector down on top of a dove tail notch and slide it towards the centre – it should lock into place

Step 4: repeat Step 3 for the remaining magnet sectors to complete the cyclotron assembly.

Now what?

You can use the cyclotron model in any number of ways:

• add a magnet to the back of it to make a fridge/locker magnet
• put it on your desk and be amazed by it’s particle acceleration awesomeness
• attach it to your hat and join an exclusive club
• anything else you can think of! The skies the limit!
