TRIUMF strives to provide exceptional opportunities for research training and career development while fostering a culture of operational excellence and supporting an engaged student community.

Overview

TRIUMF’s world-class laboratory offers graduate students an exceptional research environment in which to develop their skills under the guidance of leading scientists and engineers.

Our unique community of mentors and supervisors are world-leading scientists and engineers who leverage TRIUMF’s unique facilities and experimental infrastructure across our research program to empower graduate students in pursuing exceptional research and developing their talents as the next generation of STEM leaders.

Thesis Opportunities

Graduate students can obtain residency at TRIUMF under the supervision of a TRIUMF research scientist, or they can perform research at TRIUMF while visiting with their supervisors.
