Annual General Meeting
Date: July 9th, 2012 The agenda can be found on Indico. The TUG AGM will be live streamed, the link for the live stream can be found here. Light refreshments and pastries will be served during coffee breaks. The meeting will feature community-nominated science talks by graduate students as well as a roundtable discussion with TRIUMF's senior management to better align & communicate needs, resources, and future plans. For accommodations, please contact TRIUMF House online. Please contact TRIUMF House as soon as you know when you are planning to be at TRIUMF. TRIUMF House operates on a first come, first served basis. There are 34 rooms at TRIUMF House and the summer is a busy time for them. Book now to avoid disappointment.
