TRIUMF Branded Merchandise

There are three groups at TRIUMF that sell TRIUMF branded merchandise. Each group's inventory is separate and has its own purpose as described below: 

1. TRIUMF Recreation Club sells merchandise for personal use and under specific circumstances for business use.

2. Stores sells merchandise for business use. Purchases from Stores are through Workday following the standard requisition process: “How to order from Stores.”

3. Communications has merchandise for promotional use. Contact the Head of Communications for your promotional needs.

The TRIUMF Recreation Club at Reception

The TRIUMF Recreation Club is an employee-led group associated with, but not managed by TRIUMF. The Club sells TRIUMF branded items to visitors and employees at Reception for personal use.

For Personal Use:

• All purchases from the TRIUMF Recreation Club can be paid either by cash at Reception or by e-transfer to: recreationclub@triumf.ca

• Reception will not process transactions with TRIUMF accounting codes.

For Business Use:

Under the following circumstances, you may purchase merchandise from the TRIUMF Recreation Club for business use:

1. Small quantities such as a gift.
2. TRIUMF approved conferences.

• Business purchases must be completed through a Purchase Order (PO) requisition on Workday. Submit the PO to the Recreation Club at recreationclub@triumf.ca. Items can be picked up once the TRIUMF Recreation Club has received the PO.

• Before proceeding with your purchase, confirm with the TRIUMF Recreation Club that there is enough inventory to fulfill your request.
• If items are available, then allow two (2) weeks to process the PO.
• If items are not available, then allow two (2) months lead time to fulfill your order.
• In extenuating circumstances, last minute business purchases may be permitted if items are available. Please contact the TRIUMF Recreation Club (recreationclub@triumf.ca) to facilitate this purchase.

The TRIUMF Gift Shop

Whether you are a visitor to TRIUMF or a long-time staff member, show off your TRIUMF pride! The TRIUMF Recreation Club has a number of items for sale.

Retiring?

The TRIUMF Recreation Club coordinates reimbursements for purchases of retirement gifts for TRIUMF employees (dependent up available funds). For more information, contact Cynthia Reis.
