Stretching across the tank from left to right are the opposing rows of quarter-wavelength cavity resonators providing the 90-kilovolt accelerating voltage at 23 MHz. At the far right is one of the two cryopanels, cooled to 20 K to provide ultra-high vacuum.
This picture was taken with a fish-eye lens, thus while the image is distorted it gives one an appreciation as to the size and complexity of the accelerator components.
