The following procedures and/or regulations apply to all users when coming to TRIUMF, and the Visitor Services Coordinator will be able to clarify the requirements for each category of visitor. Links to all referred to forms or documents can also be found on this web page.
STEP 1 | INITIAL INVITATION |
The first step in coming to TRIUMF: a) from outside of Canada - is to request a letter of invitation. This will be sent to you by the appropriate Director, Division Head, Research Scientist or Group Leader you are collaborating with. When you receive the letter it will include a standard Contract which you will be asked to sign and return. Please read the following Steps for further details. b) from within Canada - contact your TRIUMF host or the Visitor Services Coordinator for details of paperwork required.
