Please ensure that you complete the following forms and documentation and return them to the TRIUMF Student Coordinator at least 2 weeks prior to your start date:
Any form that requests your Employee Id, please leave that field blank. It will be assigned once you are set up on payroll.

Travel
The travel reimbursements is intended for Canadian Undergraduate students hired through TRIUMF's undergraduate student program that are relocating to Vancouver or surrounding area for their work term. For international students, please contact the student coordinator at student@triumf.ca
Air travel - you may book your flight directly and may purchase a round-trip, or one-way now and one-way for your return trip later. We will reimburse up to the maximum for the region you are travelling from.
Driving - if you wish to travel by car, we will reimburse based on mileage, up to the equivalent of a flight.
Other travel means - please contact the sutdent coordinator at student@triumf.ca to inquire.
