COVID-19 Onsite Incident Tracking (archive - Jan. 1 to Aug. 15 2022)

TRIUMF reported to staff all probable COVID-19 incidents that directly impact onsite operations. Updates were posted semiweekly, on Monday and Thursday. As per TRIUMF procedures, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) will follow up with any employees who have been affected by each incident.
